Red-light care (also called photobiomodulation, or PBM) is a non-invasive way to deliver red and near-infrared light to the body using LEDs. The effect is similar to sunlight at a cellular level — activating mitochondria — without UV exposure. It is widely used in wellness settings as part of daily routines. We make no medical claims.
Ten discrete wavelengths in one panel — blue (480 nm), green (530 nm), yellow-green (570 nm), yellow (590 nm), red (630 nm), deep red (660 nm), and four near-infrared bands (810, 830, 850, 1060 nm). A single session covers everything from surface skin to deeper tissue.
Five to fifteen minutes per area, three to five times per week. The 60 Series suits focused use (face, joints, spot care); the 300 and 600 Series cover half- or full-body in one position.
Red and near-infrared light fall outside the UV spectrum — no skin or DNA damage. Side effects in the published literature are minimal — mild eye fatigue if used at very close range without the included goggles for prolonged periods. Speak with a physician if you have a photosensitive condition.
